If you would like to return your product, we offer a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at @massagechairuniverse.com and providing your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES:
- Returns are applicable within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after the 30 day window cannot be accepted.
- Must be returned in its original boxes, packaging materials, and accessories provided when it was shipped out to you.
- White Glove Delivery shipment upgrade cost is non-refundable because it is a service provided by a third party delivery company not directly affiliated with us.
